Hello, i have a question, is it possible draw render target with SpriteBatch how it can be made in XNA ??

Absolutely.  SpriteBatch is just a high level helper for sending drawing commands to an ID3D11DeviceContext interface, so it will work alongside whatever other D3D11 APIs you use to configure that device context.  You can use the standard D3D11 functionality for drawing ont oa rendertarget (OMSetRenderTargets etc.)
