is SpriteFont::DrawString dependes on render target size

I am using DirectxTK in Windows Phone 8 , I noticed that when I change the render target
size the text drawn using SpriteFont::DrawString appears different(text size and position is different) , is this method
depends on render target size?,and how to get the same text even if render target size was changed?

SpriteBatch draws in pixel coordinates unless you specify a transform matrix to make it do something different. When drawing onto a rendertarget, how those pixels map to final screen locations will depend on how you later draw that rendertarget on to the screen.

but why this behavior appears only on WP8? , I tested this on WinRT and no problems happened.

any one have idea how to get the same shape rendered even if I changed render target size , I struggled to do so and no result
