SpriteSortMode_FrontToBack not working on new Lumia 950 phones

I have a UWP DirectX game that uses the DirectX Took Kit spritebatch draw functions. Players who have the new Lumia 950 phones are reporting that the sprite depth drawing order appears to now work on their phones, while all users of previous phones have no issues. They have all sent screenshot samples, which show the correct sprites being drawn on the screen but the Z order / depth is completely random, as if the SpriteSortMode_FrontToBack mode is simply not working at all on their phone. I have received a lot of these reports; it seems to be happening to everyone with a Lumia 950.

This could be on my end but thus far I am still trying to reproduce it without a 950.

EDIT: I found the issue, it was on my end, due to the larger resolution of the 950.
