display RAW texture data

in my current Project I read a Webcam, transmit it over WLAN and recieve it with a W10 Smartphone. Problem is, how do I display the transmited data as a texture?

As far as I noticed do I have to create the ID3D11ShaderResourceView with the ID3D11Texture2D.
But I dont get any further. Can anybode give me a clue?

If the data is coming fast, you'd use a DYNAMIC texture and update it using the traditional Map( DISCARD ) pattern. You then render the texture with SpriteBatch.
